Refund policy
Here at Outlaws Edge we pride ourselves on Customer Satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. Please see below our Return and Exchange Policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a faulty item. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the status of your return within 48 hours of receiving the item. If your return is approved we will provide you with the same item as a replacement. If the item is no longer available we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. We hold no responsibility for the length of time your card issuer takes to credit your account; this is dependent on your card issuer’s policy.
Exchange
If you have purchased the incorrect size we will do our best to accommodate an exchange for the correct size within 14 days subject to stock availability. Outlaws Edge Pro Shop is under no obligation to provide you with the correct size if we no longer have stock available. All exchanged items must be unworn and in the original purchase condition.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be for the item only, and not the shipping cost.
