What does it mean if I see a pre-order button?

If you see a pre-order button, it most likely means your item is part of a pre-order. The pre-order dates for the rest of the season are listed in our Info Hub. If your item is available, it will be packed and sent out right away. If it is not, it will be part of our pre-order.

How long do pre-orders take to arrive?

Pre-orders usually take approximately 6 weeks from the time the pre-order closes.

Where can I find the pre-order dates?

All pre-order open and close dates for the rest of the season can be found in our Info Hub.

Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?

Yes. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, please note the whole order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

How are in-stock items shipped?

In-stock items are packed and sent out as quickly as possible after your order is placed.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes sizing information where available. If you are unsure, please reach out to us before ordering and we will be happy to help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or a pre-order has closed.
